During your average consult pets are checked from head to toe to identify preventive care solutions in time and prevent aggravation. Where there are non-critical or emerging health issues, a visit to a veterinary clinic is not always necessary, as the owner can tackle the (possible) issue(s) with the confidence of support from the Prins Health Coach or our partners and affiliates. Triage forms an intrinsic part of any consult, and where there is any doubt with a (possible) health issue at hand, diagnosis, consultation and possible medical treatment by a veterinarian is always advised. When a pet requires more specialized care and support, the Health Coach may refer the pet owner to one of our affiliated professionals, such as groomers, trainers, or our Prins Care Team.
